Web information on "our" official web sites is way better as of Apr. 2012 but possibly still hard to reach or search. The information available may be mostly unknown to the vast majority of GPCA members! Web site info usage statistics are probably not captured and none seem to have been made public. Upcoming events may exist on official GPCA web sites, but can't be reordered or associated with logged in users (i.e. subscribed-to so the user receives email or sms notifications) or searched-filtered, it seems.

I can help improve NationBuilder services on the CAGreens.NationBuilder.com web site! I have "my own" test NB site for exploring such improvements. See Other Resources->Tech Info for IT People example sites on CAGreenIDEAS.org.

Also I want to report GPCA web site(s) development progress as well as past and future milestones on CAGreenIDEAS.org. I need MUCH BETTER ACCESS TO THAT INFORMATION. W/o such info, other IT experts like myself (and better), who are otherwise forced into ignorance and passivity, cannot be sufficiently informed and inspired to volunteer to help improve our sites.

As a self-appointed, self-styled tech reporter, I also want to help provide better transparency of what content is on and how to use GPCA web site(s) information and services. I have 3 bachelor degrees (CS, Math, Psych) and an MA in Instructional Technology and decades of experience. GPCA members and site users will likely need 1+ user-guides online to help them make better use of GPCA web site(s) and services! I have made such guides; I can research and make them for the GPCA -- IFF I have more access to the necessary information!
